How to Use Gelatin
There are two types of gelatins: gelatin powder and gelatin sheets.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder into water and let it absorb the water until the surface becomes whitish.
Soak the gelatin sheet in plenty of water. If using more than one sheet, soak one by one so they do not stick together and become difficult to reconstitute. When the gelatin sheet becomes soft, squeeze out any excess water.
