How to Cook Pasta
For pasta, 10 g of salt per liter of boiling water is usual. The tip is to cook until al dente, that is, fully cooked but not overly soft.
Bring an abundance of water with salt to a boil. Fan the spaghetti around the pot evenly so the noodles do not clump together. Keep the water boiling and stir occasionally.
Cook until al dente, fully cooked but not overly soft, and drain.
