Kuromame-kinako (roasted black soy beans powder) 10 g
Low fat milk 100 g
Water 1/4 cup
Evaporated milk 15 g
Granulated sugar 25 g
Kuromame-kinako for garnish 1 g

Combine the low fat milk, the water, the evaporated milk and the granulated sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Add this milk mixture to the bowl with the kinako and mix well. Chill the bowl over iced water.

Transfer the mixture to a container and cover with plastic wrap. Place it in the freezer, fold with a spoon to add air and return to the freezer (repeat 3 times). Scoop the ice cream onto a plate and serve sprinkled with the kinako.
