comment Japanese style dessert made with soy milk. Soy milk has been getting attention as it has the highest bioavailability of all soy bean products and is rich in potassium, magnesium, and isoflavone, which help prevent osteoporosis and menopausal symptoms.
image You just have to melt a bar of chocolate with processed soy milk and set the mixture with gelatin. It is even recommended for those who do not like the flavor of soy milk.
Processed soy milk 200 g
Milk chocolate 40 g
Sugar a little more than 1 tbsp
Gelatin powder 1 tsp
Water a little less than 2 and 1/2 tsp
Raspberries 4

Break the chocolate into small chunks and melt in a double boiler without stirring. Dissolve the gelatin powder in the water. Heat the soy milk, the sugar and the dissolved gelatin in a small pan until the sugar has dissolved.

Pour the (1) soy milk mixture into the melted chocolate a little at a time and mix well. Pour through a sieve and let cool. Pour the chocolate mixture into individual glasses and chill in the refrigerator until set. Garnish with the raspberries.
