Dashi stock 280 ml
Miso 2 and 2/3 tsp
Green onion 4 g

Cut the pork into 1-cm wide strips. Cut the daikon and the carrot into thin rectangles (tanzaku-giri).

Cut the konnyaku into thin rectangles (tanzaku-giri) and blanch quickly in boiling water. Chop the green onion.

In a pot bring the dashi stock to a boil, add the pork and cook while removing any scum. Add the daikon, the carrot and the konnyaku, cook until they have become tender and then whisk in the miso until dissolved. Pour the soup into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the chopped green onion.
