Onion 40 g
Dashi stock 280 ml
Miso 2 and 2/3 tsp

Cut the kabocha squash into small bite-sized pieces. Remove the core of the onion and cut into edges.

In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a boil and then add the (1) vegetables and cook. Whisk in the miso until dissolved and bring to a boil again.
