Shoulder bacon 10 g
Salt 1/6 tsp
Pepper to taste

Cut the spinach into 3-cm long pieces, cut the bacon into thin strips and beat the egg. 

Sauté the egg in a non-stick frying pan and remove it. In the same pan, sauté the bacon and add the spinach. Return the egg to the pan and add the salt and pepper. Place the sauté on a plate and serve.
