Boneless ham 20 g
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper to taste

Cut the cabbage into big pieces (zaku-giri). Thinly slice the onion (usu-giri). Cut the green bell pepper and the carrot into julienne strips (sen-giri). Cut the ham into thin strips (hoso-giri).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion.

When the onion has become soft, add the ingredients in the following order: the carrot, the cabbage, the ham and the green bell pepper. Continue to sauté.

When the vegetables are cooked, season with the salt and pepper.
