Skinless chicken thigh 120 g
Potato 60 g
Onion 60 g
Carrot 40 g
Broccoli 60 g
Oil 1 tsp
Water 160 ml
Bouillon 3 g
Butter 2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 200 g
Salt 0.4 g
White pepper to taste

Cut the chicken and the carrot into bite-sized pieces, cut the potato into slightly bigger bite-sized pieces, and cut the onion into wedges. Separate the broccoli into florets, blanch in boiling water and drain in a colander.

To make white sauce, melt the butter in a pot, add the flour and cook. Add the half of the milk and whisk, then repeat using the remaining milk.

In another pot, heat the oil and add the pieces of chicken, carrot, potato and onion. Cook until all ingredients are coated in oil then add the water in the list and the bouillon. Simmer and remove any scum.

When the vegetables are tender, add the (2) white sauce and the broccoli. Simmer over low heat while stirring. Season with the salt and the pepper. Serve in a bowl.
