(A) Sake a little more than 1tsp
(A) Ginger juice a little more than 1tsp
(A) Shichimi togarashi (seven-spice powder)

Oil for deep frying as needed
Butter lettuce 20 g

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and rub with the mixture of (A) seasonings.

Pat the (1) chicken dry with a paper towel, coat with the starch and deep fry in the oil at 170oC until crispy. Spread the butter lettuce on a plate and place the fried chicken on top.
