Slice the salmon. Allow 2 fillets per person.

To make the nigiri-zushi, moisten your palms with vinegar (not listed) water and roughly form the shape of a piece of nigiri-zushi. Apply the wasabi paste to the (1) salmon and place the rice on top of it. Mold the rice to the salmon and flip over. Press gently to form the nigiri-zushi. For each person, place 2 pieces of nigiri-zushi on a plate and serve with soy sauce.
